What is this?
The Perfect Ring of Scars (or, just the NINring) is a tribute to the lost Nine Inch Nails webring of the same name. It is a webring for Nine Inch Nails fans to find eachother!
How can I join?
O1. Read the rules.

O2. You must be a Nine Inch Nails fan. If you like them, you count.
O3. Your site must NOT contain bigotry, hate speech, proship rhetoric or other.
